Always Elegant Bridal is currently accepting applications for both Full-Time and Part-Time Bridal Stylists at our Chico location.
We are looking for confident, dependable, and service-driven individuals who are interested in building their skills in bridal fashion, client experience, and sales. Our Bridal Stylists guide brides through an important and highly personal decision, which requires strong communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to create genuine connections while working toward sales goals.
Full-Time Bridal Stylist
Approximately 40 hours per week
Part-Time Bridal Stylist
Approximately 24 hours per week Both positions require Saturday availability, with occasional Sundays based on appointments, events, and business needs. Candidates must also have flexibility to work additional weekdays and select evenings as scheduled.
The strongest candidates will:
- Have experience in sales, hospitality, fashion, customer service, or a related field
- Be comfortable building relationships and confidently guiding purchasing decisions
- Communicate professionally and thoughtfully
- Be dependable, organized, coachable, and motivated by goals
- Work well in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Understand that bridal styling includes preparation, follow-up, product knowledge, and maintaining a beautiful sales floor—not only working one-on-one with brides
- Be interested in growing with Always Elegant Bridal for the long term
Bridal experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for candidates who bring the right combination of professionalism, work ethic, sales ability, warmth, and willingness to learn.
